Terms and Conditions
1. These are the terms & conditions of our agreement and apply to all purchases of products by you from TiddlyWinks. You should read them carefully. The completion of an order with TiddlyWinks implies the acceptance of these terms & conditions.
2. ORDER. You can submit an order for products to TiddlyWinks.dk by completing the details on our order summary page and clicking the confirm order button. All prices are shown in Danish Kroner and include V.A.T / moms
3. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email. We will advise you of stock availability, and confirm your payment and delivery details. At this point a binding agreement
between us will be established. If we do not accept your order for any reason, or the price or specification of the product has changed between the time of order and our acceptance, we will email you to advise you of this. Only credit and debit cards can be accepted as payment on-line. Cheques may be sent to our registered address, goods will be despatched once the cleared funds have been received.
4. DELIVERY. Delivery is free of charge on orders over kr.600,- to one Danish address. Orders under kr.600,- will be subject to a shipping charge of kr 25,- or kr 50,- depending on the weight of the item. For exact weight calculation please see our FAQ section. Stock items will be sent between one to five working days from acceptance of order.
Longer delivery times may apply to some items; this will be clearly shown on the product information page.
Larger items, for example furniture and cot beds, will be delivered by courier. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery can be received at the delivery address
Delivery prices quoted are for Denmark, Rest of Europe and International. For special deliveries, call or email for details.
Goods will be delivered between 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
If your goods do not arrive when expected, please advise us so we may investigate further.
5. SECURE PAYMENT. We will charge your account for payment at the time your order is placed.
The purchase area of our site is secure, this means that we use industry standard SSL technology to
allow for the encryption of all sensitive information such as your name, address and especially your
credit card details.
Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event it is intercepted
by someone else. You can check yourself if a payment site is safe or not. On a safe payment site, you will see a small padlock symbol in the bottom right corner of your browser, you can also tell from the URL on a secure site which will state https:// instead of http://.
6. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW. You have the right to withdraw from this agreement but this right ends 14
days after the date we deliver the products to you. Any amounts you have been charged will be repaid
to you by way of credit to your account within thirty days. However we may have delivered or
dispatched the products you have ordered. In this circumstance, you may return the products to us at
your own expense, which you will need to arrange. Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and packaging as we delivered them to you. To avoid inconveniences, we recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right to withdraw and obtain proof of posting when doing so.

7. WARRANTIES. The products which are sold via this web site have been and manufactured to comply with statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards of the EU. Any items being returned for refund must be returned complete including all accessories. We offer a 2 year warranty in accordance with the consumer legislation, this includes extensive fabrication- and product flaws that can occur by the normal use of the product. Faults on the product that can be linked to misuse, modifications or maltreatment from the consumer, are not covered by this warranty.
Complaints over faults observed in a product, should be reported to TiddlyWinks within a reasonable timeframe. Hereafter the product can be returned for repair, replacement or, if agreed before hand, refund of money. In any warranty cases TiddlyWinks will be liable for any return costs, within reason.

9. DESCRIPTIONS. To the best of our knowledge the product descriptions on this site are accurate and up-to-date, but due to product development, design and specification changes, these may vary from time to time. The images on our site are to assist you with your selection and you may find slight variation in colour. All weights and measurements are approximate.
10. PRIVACY. Tiddlywinks will not sell, transfer or give freely your personal information to any company or organization without your consent except to comply with laws or regulations of the government or other regulatory body, or to protect the rights of Tiddlywinks. We will not send you any unsolicited advertising material.
